This hotel is in a great location you can walk to the historic district with all the shops and restaurants in minutes. Rooms are clean and prices are reasonable compared to other places around. Dog friendly which is a plus for us. They do not have a lot of amenities ( no pool, breakfast or gym) but the rooms have a coffee maker and fridge . The location itself is a great reason to stay here, specially during the night of lights in December
Overall it is very good. Rooms are clean and well maintained, but mattresses and bedding are not the best for comfort. Location is amazing with trolley stops located near by and parking onsite. There is an open balcony area for smokers, which also faces the water. We had an issue with keys but staff was very helpful to correct it and make sure all parties in our group could get replacement keys even when we weren't all together.

The bed was comfortable, 3 beds for 3 people which was great, extremely comfortable, Parking was easy and right in front of the room, which is a big plus for travelers. The location is very accessible—close to restaurants, gas stations, and main roads—but still quiet enough at night to get good rest, everything functioned well, and the property felt safe. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to stay without unnecessary frills, this motor lodge is a solid choice.
This is a clean and quiet motel in the strategic location of the historic city of St Augustine. Waterfront view is breathtaking. Walking distance to many must-see attractions. The building and decor are a bit dated, but the convenience, cleanliness, and courteous staff have more than made up those shortcomings. And the price is reasonable, even attractive.
